Villa Layout: Our İslamic holiday home can accommodate up to 10 persons in 5 rooms with flexible combinations of single and double beds. Open plan living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen which provides access to the secluded private swimmingpool and BBQ/patio areas with a high degree of privacy from an outside eye.
Villa KAL1100 is located in Akbel area in Kalkan, offering an elegant accommodation to those wishing to experience breathtaking panaromic sea and nature views of Kalkan and Patara areas. The villa is equipped with all necessary households and has internet access.
It comprises of a living/dining area with an open plan kitchen which opens onto the pool terrace and 5 bedrooms. There is a dining table and 6 chairs beside the kitchen area.
Swimming Pool :Secluded private swimmingpool with 150 cm depth, 9 m length and 4 m width. Swimmingpool and garden is maintained every day.
100% privacy is afforded within the swimmingpool area complete with sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and BBQ area.

For customers information, this halal holiday summer home is located in the hilly parts of İslamlar, the roads leading to the villa might be steep ramp, narrow and uneven.
Please Note : A security deposit will be required in cash by the villa owner for staying in this villa. The deposit will be held to cover any damages and accidental loses, and will be refunded on the departure after the house is controlled by the owner or the representative. Amount is variable for each villa. Please check the house carefully on the arrival and inform our representative or the house owner for any demages or loses.
***Our villas are constantly pasticided for insects but stil possible to see some insects around as most of our villas are located in natural areas.
